Funding for our Hospitality Students

We are delighted to announce that Craigtoun Country Park Cafe & Kitchen were the proud winners of the Tesco Fruit & Veg funding initiative at this year's Royal Highland Show. Earlier this week, we welcomed Elaine from Tesco to Craigoun to present Michael with a cheque for £1500, which was very gratefully received.

The grant will be used to buy laptops for the young people who participate in our hospitality courses to use when recording evidence of their amazing work in the café, growing their fruit and veg and their hopes and wishes for the future.

Click here to find out more about our hospitality courses, which now run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during term time. If you are interested in signing a young person up to one of these courses, please contact: michael.henderson@friendsofcraigtoun.org.uk
